Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are cancelling your booking on the day of the arranged paddleboard hire, or less than 48 hours before, no refund will be given.

In event of bad weather we may have to cancel your session and will contact you via phone to do so. You will then be given the opportunity to rearrange your booking.

Anyone who appears under the influence of drink or drugs will not be allowed to hire a board and will not be eligible for a refund.
